CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Established in 1963, St Bartholomew’s House (St Bart’s) has a proud history of providing a range of safe and supported accommodation and aligned services to those experiencing, or at risk of homelessness. St Bart’s has annual revenues circa $18 million, 160 employees and over 100 volunteers.

Whilst St Bart’s is a “for purpose” organisation, it is run along robust commercial lines, whilst also maintaining a commitment to its Values of Empowerment, Innovation, Commitment, Collaboration and Social Justice.

As a member of the St Bart’s leadership team, this key role will report to the CEO and have direct interface with the St Bart’s Board. It will be both “hands on” operationally, as well as strategic in its nature, tasked with building and leading a proactive and robust finance and governance capability which supports broad business decision making. You will also be responsible for leading St Bart’s HR, ICT and Property functions.

We seek a proactive and innovative leader for this position. In addition to this, it is essential that you will have a genuine passion for combining your proven accounting, finance and commercial skills with making a real difference in the community. Formal qualifications and memberships in accounting are required.
