The Role

We are seeking an experienced sales consultant to join our growing team at our NSW office based at Swansea. The successful candidate will be required to conduct appointments in the clients home across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle areas. 

As a Sales Consultant, you are the first point of contact for our clients. First impressions are everything. You will be provided with quality and qualified leads, however you will be required to complete proactive self lead generation from our existing database to ensure the KPI for the role is achieved. The role is an autonomous role and is not your normal 9 to 5 job. It will include evening and Saturday appointments but you will be rewarded for your hard work. A candidate that resides on the Central Coast would ideally be most suitable due to the territory you are required to cover. 

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Attend minimum 2 qualified and confirmed appointments in the client’s home per day
  • Attend the Swansea head office as required for meetings, complete administrative tasks and proactive lead generation
  • Self generate own leads and appointments as required
  • Build rapport and understand the client goals and objectives
  • Educate the clients on their current financial position
  • Explain the benefits of the services Chase Edwards provide
  • Book a second appointment with our financial experts
  • Follow up on leads with and manage individual sales pipeline

  • Punctual, accountable and enjoys working autonomously and as part of the team
  • Proactive and motivated to go the extra mile to self-generate appointments as required
  • Is motivated by a performance based culture based on hard work and success
  • Team player and contributes to team meetings and activities 
  • A strong sales ability and business acumen
  • A passion to genuinely help others financially
  • An understanding of finance and the wealth creation industry
  • Desirable if you have worked in a similar role
  • Well-presented and professional

  • A valid Driver’s License
  • Able to work evenings and some Saturdays
