Customer Service Representative

This role will see you:

  • Providing customer service support to our many customers to assist them and provide the best possible customer experience for Kogan.com and Dick Smith
  • Answering enquiries from our customers regarding the complete range of products on our website and offering appropriate advice, product and service information;
  • Liaising with our freight carriers to ensure the prompt delivery of all orders placed via the website;
  • Handle customer queries regarding orders and accounts.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Customer Service Champion who is committed to making every customer experience a positive one. This role requires outstanding communication skills, so your spelling and grammar will be exceptional and you will have a clear, articulate speaking voice. Plus, you'll understand the importance of providing empathy to, and being patient with our customers.

About you:

  • You are a recent graduate wanting to start your career or you are an experienced customer service professional;
  • Ideally, you have experience with Zendesk or other ticketing platforms;
  • You are passionate about new tech;
  • You are able to work autonomously;
  • You thrive in a challenging environment
