Working with progressive, energetic and development focused Advisors, your normal day includes:

  • Helping your Advisor & Associate Advisor provide an exceptional level of service to a professional and high net worth client base
  • Preparing for and coordinating client meetings
  • Completing end to end processes for insurance applications including, but not limited to, Iress research, quoting, submission and alterations
  • Assist with implementation of strategies and follow through to ensure accurate and timely completion
  • Collate and distribute client documentation this includes but not limited to: Statement of Advice (SOA), Records of Advice (ROA), Authority to Proceed (ATP)
  • Produce the following documentation:  Client Questionnaire (CQ), Invoices, Service and Pricing (S&P), Assets and Liabilities (A&L), Application forms, Opt In, client reviews
  • Liaising with insurance, investment and superannuation providers and other business entities
  • Maintaining client information and general administration tasks
  • Undertaking a variety of challenging support responsibilities that makes everything just work perfectly!

 

But there is a catch. You should have:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in the Financial Planning and Insurance industry
  • Enthusiasm and initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised
  • Xplan knowledge (essential)
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and prioritise
  • Preferably RG146 (or willingness to study)
