This is a fabulous opportunity to join a well-established boutique Accountancy firm located on the lower North Shore. Working closely with the Director, to be successful in this role you will be someone who thrives in a true support role and has strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Reception - Answering phones, meeting & greeting visitors
  • Mail sorting and distribution
  • Calendar management
  • Document preparation & processing
  • Liaising with clients and the ATO
  • Filing and scanning
  • Running Office errands
The successful candidate will have a positive and collaborative approach, be highly organised, exhibit strong written and spoken communications skills and demonstrate a high attention to detail. 

To be considered you will have a minimum of 5 years office/admin experience with competent computer skills (Typing, Word & Excel).  Whilst industry experience would be highly regarded, training can be provided in the software and processes required.

Ideal working days and hours are Mondays & Thursdays 9.00 to 5.00pm however this can be flexible and our client will consider an equivalent number of hours over 3 days.   A guide on hourly rate is $30.00 per hour + Super.
