The Resort

BIG4 Sandstone Point Holiday Resort is part of the award winning Comiskey Group who own and operate Eatons Hill Hotel and Accommodation and the Sandstone Point Hotel which is located right next door to the new resort.

The resort is located on the shorts of the Pumicestone Passage and will feature villas, glamping and caravan and camping sites, accompanied by state of the art facilities such as water park and 500 square meter swimming pool.


The Role

We're looking for a superstar Guest Service Agent (both permanent and casual) who are willing to go above and beyond to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience to our guests.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Reservations enquiries and bookings
  • Check in and check out guests
  • Handling guest accounts, managing payments
  • Dealing with requests and/or complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Food and beverage service when required
  • Basic maintenance when required such as changing light bulbs

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Previous accommodation and reservation experience (experience in a similar style resort/ark is highly desirable)

  • Knowledge of reservations system eg NewBook, RMS

  • High level of ability in problem solving

  • Hard working, hands on approach
