OSHC Coordinator

We are looking for a full- time OSCH Coordinator for our Bungendore Primary site. This position exists to provide a high level of quality care in the YMCA's OSHC services. This is a qualified position which requires the individual to assist the Children's Services Management Team in the day to day running of the service.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • WWCC (NSW) and WWVP Card (ACT) (Mandatory)
  • Mandatory and Reportable conduct (completed within YMCA).
  • 2 years' Experience working within an OSHC environment (Mandatory)
  • 2 years studying a Degree or Diploma preferably in Early Childhood Education or Community Services however can be any University degree (Mandatory)
  • Knowledge of the National Education and Care Law and Regulations. (Mandatory)
  • Knowledge of the My Time our Place Framework, National Quality framework and Early Years Learning Framework. (Mandatory)
  • Driver's License (desirable) Ability to get to meetings in Canberra and Queanbeyan.
  • Asthma, Anaphylaxis Certificate and First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one) (Mandatory)
  • Food Safety Supervisors Certificate (willingness to obtain one)
