Casual Detailer / Customer Service Representative

 

Join our team in the South West  

Budget Car and Truck Rental requires an experienced casual Vehicle Detailer / Customer Service Representative to join the Bunbury team.  The successful candidate must have experience in customer service and in all aspects of vehicle detailing including passenger sedans, and light commercial vehicles. 

A mechanical aptitude will be well regarded as basic maintenance items such as identifying tyre wear and checking/replacing fluid levels are required.  This role will also require you to assist the Branch Manager with customer service on the rental counter.  You will be on top of your game and work well in a team environment.  You must be able to work outside in varying conditions and be computer savvy.

It is anticipated the role would require 15-20 hours per week as the branch requires and between the operating hours of 0800 am 5.00 pm.  Saturday morning shifts will also be required.  You will be flexible to work more than this when required.

Must have:

  • Positive attitude
  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience in detailing vehicles
  • Flexible to work varying hours as the business needs
  • Manual driving licence required
