Inbound Sales & Customer Success Consultant

BuildingPoint is the sole ANZ distributor of the Trimble Buildings portfolio of building-intelligence software, hardware, and services solutions. SketchUp is part of our portfolio of products and is used by the architectural, interior design, civil and mechanical engineering, landscape architecture, film and video design industries.

The SketchUp team has an opportunity for a motivated self starter with a consultative sales approach, commitment to providing  an outstanding customer experience and polished presentation skills to be our new Inside Sales and Customer Success Consultant. This role takes responsibility for managing an inbound and outbound pipeline of sales opportunities & renewals across a very large customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to high volumes of inbound calls and emails from new and existing customers.
  • Actively nurture all inbound leads and work alongside marketing initiatives to close sales.
  • Work with the Division Manager and other team members to improve the sales process
  • Actively participate in marketing initiatives
  • Outbound sales and prospecting, especially through our social media accounts.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
  • Processing orders, and updating/maintaining our CRM and EDM software.

Requirements

  • SketchUp knowledge is a huge advantage. You don’t need to be a SketchUp Ninja – you just need to love it, and know your way around.
  • Software sales or marketing experience will be highly valued, although not a deal breaker.
  • Not afraid to get on the phone. We don’t want an email-bot!
  • Willingness to travel, where required.

We are a long established company made up of people with widely varying skill sets, interests and cultural backgrounds – what we share is a pride in what we do and a genuine respect for each other. When selecting our next team member, we’ll be looking for an individual that is enthusiastic, collaborative and committed to a long term career with us.
