Our Administration Officer role:

This position is within the People, Safety and Environment Department, reporting to the Department Manager. You will support the team to help optimise performance and meet business requirements.

Your role will provide all elements of administrative support including coordinating department communications, meetings and events, working with different stakeholders across the business and with external stakeholders.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract on a Monday to Friday roster with part time and flexible working arrangements considered for the right candidate.

If you like to take initiative, work closely with people and help others then this role would suit you.

The successful applicant will possess the

following essential criteria:

• Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent

• A high level of computer literacy including MS Office

• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills

• A high level of computer literacy including MS Office

• A willingness to take on administrative tasks and be proactive

• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
