  • Work with industry leaders to create and deliver personalised media on behalf of customers using digital communications and Australia Post bulk-mail-services.
  • Assist business, government and not-for-profit agencies communicate with their customers, members or donors on a one-to-one basis and help develop their database strategies and marketing effectiveness.             
  • Leverage your prospecting, networking and relationship building skills to acquire new customers and grow a portfolio of accounts with significant customer databases and regular campaign needs.

Our Company 

Complete Mailing is a privately-owned company operating for over 20 years as a direct-mail printer and Australia Post bulk-mail-partner. We operate an IT-design studio, print on-demand and mail-house facility for the production of high-volume machine processed bulk-mail letter and parcel lodgments with Australia Post. Using a customized software suite, we join customer data with creative designs to print full colour documents including personalization and variable data to enable cut-through, engagement and customer response. Our services are useful to managers of business marketing, membership, fundraising, promotions and transactional communications. In addition to direct-mail, customers may require one-to-one digital messaging such as email and SMS and these digital media can include flipbooks or website landing pages embedded in hyperlinks for promotional messaging. Offset printing of magazines and other print collateral are commonly bundled into our service offerings as is outsourced graphic design and data collection services for fundraising or survey research. So we are a solution sales service provider with systems in place to bundle inhouse and outsourced service requirements to serve as a one-stop-shop for whenever your customers think direct-marketing, printing or database-oriented communications.

The Role

We are seeking an energetic person to develop a portfolio of new clients and who possesses the relationship management skills to maximise repeat sales. Proactively calling your clients to maintain & build relationships within the company and expanding our contacts beyond existing sources and developing a tailored value proposition across various areas within an organisation; dealing with incoming queries, issues and the day to day needs of your clients as they arise; researching and understanding each client's business to identify new opportunities. You will be proficient in meeting monthly sales targets and sales activity measures such as lead generation, cold-calling, appointment scheduling, presentations, closing sales and pipeline management. Your daily activities and pipeline will be managed using ACT CRM and you will be given the support of the senior sales executive to develop familiarity with our business model, quotation writing, prospecting and pipeline management.

As the successful candidate, you will have:

The energy, acumen and endurance to generate quality lead lists, identify genuine users, qualify prospects and convert new customers based on a meeting, quotation and appropriate follow up;

Excellent phone and email communication skills;

Ability to speak with clients across a variety of industries and backgrounds;

A working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word & ACT CRM and a familiarity with Adobe Indesign and the fundamentals of variable data printing, Australia Post bulk-mail services and data-driven marketing techniques;

Highly organised attitude and behaviours with the ability to manage numerous contacts including scheduling, follow up, and establishing frequent points of interaction;

Confidence in your negotiation, numeracy and diplomacy skills;

Be a team player who can work with colleagues and other departments to achieve results;

The ability to work autonomously as you will be ultimately self-reliant to achieve success.

This role would suit candidates with an undergraduate degree, good analytical skills, adaptable to corporate and SME clientele, or have previous experience in a similar role at a service provider of marketing, printing or logistics.
