Receptionist

Corestaff are currently seeking experienced and professional Receptionists to join our many clients across Darwin.

As a Receptionist, you will be the go-to person, the face of the business so must have a positive, can-do attitude and be well presented with excellent communication skills

For this role you will have:

  • Previous reception experience (at least two years)
  • Ability to organize and schedule, with good time management
  • Excellent communication skills in order to liaise with internal and external parties
  • Microsoft Suite knowledge and experience
  • Current Driver’s Licence

As the receptionist, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and clients face to face, via email and by phone
  • General admin duties (Postage, bank runs, organising the office, inventory control)
  • General office cleaning
  • Internal and external orders (food, stationary, clothing etc)
  • Organization of staff events
  • Providing administration support across the business
