Administration & Customer Service

Toll People are currently seeking expression of interest for experienced Administrators and Customer Service Officers for casual positions with our internal and external clients. These positions will suit someone that has the flexibility to work in temporary rewarding positions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking all aspects of administration services
  • Managing customer enquiries and complaints (via phone and email)
  • Data entry
  • Reception duties
  • Inbound and outbound calls

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Have administration, data entry and customer service experience
  • Be flexible with working hours
  • Adhere to compliance
  • Be able to work independently, professionally and with reduced supervision
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be computer literate in Microsoft Office suite with intermediate Excel skill level
  • Have good time management and personal organisational skills
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail
  • Be able to work under pressure and adapt to change
  • Always maintain a professional manner when working with clients
