A fantastic opportunity exists for a switched on and motivated Property Officer or Leasing Consultant to join our award-winning agency. With a fun, vibrant and dynamic culture the successful candidate will possess the following:

  • A minimum 12 months property management experience
  • A solid working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 and recent updates
  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • Car & driver's license
  • Impeccable organisational and time management skills along with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A positive "can-do" attitude
  • Immaculately presented
  • Proven experience with Palace systems

Your day will be busy however varied, assisting managing a portfolio of properties alongside a Senior Property Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leasing of properties and processing applications
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
  • Conducting open homes
  • Showing properties to potential tenants
  • Qualifying tenants
  • Prepare property for online advertising
  • Handling & addressing all rental enquiries
  • Preparing Lease packs
  • Lease sign ups and renewals
