Human Resources Business Partner

Under the leadership of a Regional HR Manager, you will provide subject matter expertise to key stakeholders when driving the delivery of HR strategy, policies, processes and initiatives in line with business objectives. Your generalist responsibilities are (and not limited to):
  • Delivering operational people support, advice and guidance to our Executives and management;
  • Strategically partnering with key stakeholders in the development and delivery of HR strategy;
  • Ensure that all aspects of employee lifecycle are in line with best practice, effective and drive employee engagement;
  • Supporting and coaching the Executives and management through transformational and organisational change;
  • Driving people initiatives locally in line with strategy and agenda;
  • Provide high quality IR/ER advice to key stakeholders;
  • Identify, develop and facilitate training and development needs.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will be a HR practitioner with significant generalist experience. You will also demonstrate:
    • Business, HR or Industrial Relations tertiary qualifications is essential and broad experience in the provision of a full range of industrial relations services in a complex organisation is critical.
    • Sound knowledge of current employment legislation and Fair Work legislation;
    • Strategic commercial acumen and problem solving capability with experience of supporting a business going through transformational change;
    • Focus on delivering business outcomes with a willingness to challenge the status quo;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationships and credibility within a complex and multi-site environment;
    • Highly developed stakeholder management with ability to effectively negotiate, influence and mediate at all levels;
    • Resilience, agility, flexibility and consistency through periods of change.
