Part time AP Officer - 3 month contract with immediate start

The Company
  
Our client is a private investment company that owns and manages shopping centres around the country. 

This established business has created an excellent working environment with strong team culture. 
  
The Role

Due to a growing portfolio, they are looking for an Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer to join the team for 2 days per week, initially on a 3 month contract with continuation highly likely.
  
You will be primarily responsible for assisting with AP tasks that will include reviewing invoices, processing payment runs, issuing remittance advices and being the point of contact for all AP queries. You will be required to perform some AR duties as well.

 Skills & Experience
  • Prior AP/AR experience in a commercial environment ideal but we can provide training 
  • Real estate experience and knowledge of the MRI Real Estate Software (or similar real estate software) preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A helpful nature and good work attitude
