Call Centre Operator

Our client is an award winning Contact Centre, committed to providing 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week call centre solutions. In this role you will utilise your exceptional Inbound Customer Service Skills and essentially be the voice of the client in each and every call centre interaction. You will receive extensive training from the highly trained and dedicated management team to provide a professional, reliable and consistent service.

In order to apply for this position you will require;

Quiet Workspace, PC or Laptop & good, reliable internet (MUST HAVE)

Sound Computer Literacy (MUST HAVE)

A calm and sensible approach under pressure

Experience in either a call centre role

Ability to follow instructions and follow procedures

Strong Communication Skills

Mature Attitude & not require excessive supervision

Be Committed to Professionalism
