Property Management Assistant

With an established name in the Ryde and Macquarie Park area they are innovative, service driven, and their property management department is well established and stable. They have an incredibly hands on Director and department head to help nurture and guide your successful real estate career.

What will you be doing in this role:
  • Uploading all vacant properties + inspection times online
  • Scheduling open times & coordinating access with tenants
  • Mid-week & Saturday leasing + private inspections
  • Reference checks, processing applications
  • Handling tenant inquiry
  • In going inspections
  • Preparing key hand overs and issuing leases
 
The right candidate will have:
  • A current Certificate of Registration
  • A reliable car and valid drivers licence
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Confident written and verbal communication
  • 6 months leasing experiencing
  • The ability to work to deadlines and prioritise your workload
