About the role
Based in our iconic offices, the Swan, this role delivers functional expertise as part of a joint team where business and philanthropy intersect. The key focus of this role will be to supervise all activities associated with organisational management accounting reports; coordinating and maintaining the financial/management accounts and general ledger systems to ensure the maintenance of a common information base; preparing & reviewing various management reports as well as establishing and maintaining effective financial/management accounting controls and systems.
To be successful in this role you have a proven background in financial accounting, with a track record in a big 4 audit team. You will be CA or CPA qualified and thrive in a busy and fast pace finance team. You are able to work autonomously and as a part of a team as required, your attention to detail, excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement expertise are key. Experience within a commercial environment or NFP audit environment would be beneficial.
