Administration Assistant

Your new company:

Your new Company is a large privately owned engineering service provider based in Narellan that has been operating for over 40 years. You will join a team that recognises and respects the importance of diversity, innovation, building lasting relationships and appreciates all participants of the business.

Your new role will be dedicated to assisting the office team in administration and data entry as well as being the first point of contact for staff, clients and customers. The position requires a high degree of team work, initiative, multitasking and providing exceptional service.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing a high level of professionalism, support and client satisfaction
  • Performing Administrative and business related support duties for the team
  • Processing information and entering timesheet data
  • Being the first point of Contact for the business

About you

  • Previous experience in an office administration environment
  • Demonstrates the values of support, accountability, respect and team work
  • Strong organisational, time management and customer service skills
  • Professional email and telephone etiquette
  • A loyal, friendly, warm attitude and strong work ethic
  • A team player who has the willingness to contribute
  • Manufacturing/Construction industry experience desirable but not essential
  • Confidently used MS Suite, PRONTO or CRM systems
