This global company, with a long standing and rich history, is in the residential construction space, responsible for developing apartments and houses to entirely planned societies, including infrastructure, public spaces and amenities.

Our client is after a part-time Receptionist to be the face of their company and work a 3-month contract in their Macquarie Park office. This role may go permanent in October, as a result, we will only accept applications of candidates with unlimited working rights. 

You will be required to Monday-Friday from 1pm to 5pm (20 Hours Per Week).
The Role:
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Greeting guests
  • Providing refreshments for meetings
  • Receiving deliveries
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Organising couriers
  • Managing cab charges
  You will have:
  • Prior reception experience
  • Ability to manage incoming calls
  • A vibrant, bright and energetic personality
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
