Our client is an established SME supplying unique technology solutions to Commonwealth and State government agencies. They are currently seeking an experienced all rounder to support their Operations Manager 12 - 15 hours per week.

This role will be busy and diverse and will include the following: 

  • Reconciliation of Petty Cash
  • Reconciliation of staff company credit cards and expense accounts
  • Weekly reports to Managing Director
  • Maintaining up to date company website information:
  • Ensuring stock items are always current
  • Ensuring information on general pages are always current
  • Maintain event dates
  • Help with the production of company newsletters etc.
  • Order stationery and office supplies
  • General office support
  • Maintenance of Staff Planner - ensuring staff movements are always known, when out of office
  • Assist Operations Manager in various tasks, which could include assisting in the Warehouse only when/if required.
  • Assist and support BDMs to prepare for trade shows:
  • Power Point Slide Shows
  • Creating brochures
  • Liaise with media & support teams with advertising materials
  • Mail-house (process bulk emails as required by MD/BDM’s)
  • Attend Trade Shows (if required) Post Covid19
  • Book local staff travel and accommodation
  • whether directly or liaise with Flight Centre
  • generate travel itinerary for BDM's
  • General Office Duties (answering phone, dealing with couriers, etc)

Working Tuesday is mandatory however other hours are negotiable 

The successful applicant must genuinely be seeking part time employment. You will have past experience in a similar role and excellent written and verbal communication skills, be professional, highly organised, self-motivated, with strong attention to detail.
