Team Member- Production

We are seeking Production Team Members to join our diverse team based at Richlands.

These roles will be based at our Richlands Distribution Centre and will vary shift times.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage packaging and product changeovers

• Equipment cleaning

• Ingredient processing & batch making

• Monitoring production activity, resolving / escalating issues which impact production targets

• Using systems to accurately report on production data and quality checks

To be successful in this position you will demonstrate:

  • A proactive mechanical mindset that will see you keep on top of the tasks on your shift
  • Good communication skills to manage day to day tasks, breakdowns, quality, and safety issues and escalations
  •  A “get up and go” attitude with eagerness to learn your production line
  • A disciplined attitude to work safely in your environment and around the plant
  • Previous experience operating high speed manufacturing machinery is highly desirable
