Montefiore is seeking an outstanding Administrator to provide high quality human resources support to our People & Culture team and to the key stakeholders in our organisation.

Joining a small but experienced team, your high attention to detail, solution focused approach and strong sense of role ownership will make you ideally placed for this key support role that will place our legislative and compliance obligations in highly capable hands.

Some of your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Fulfilling compliance and legislative obligations, including Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks and Visa requirements
  • Supporting the recruitment activities through timely and efficient onboarding of candidates
  • Employee records management

About You:

You will be highly organised with a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality  with a natural ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including front-line staff and managers. You will also excel working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment that offers fantastic exposure to a HR function within a robust and well-resourced department.

Other key requirements:

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced HR or Office Administrator role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with staff at all levels
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own work
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
