Manager and Senior Consultant

What will you deliver

By joining Australia's premier consulting firm specialising in Supply Chain & Logistics Strategy, you will work closely with ASX listed clients to understand their business, identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to deliver realisable value.

You will work with clients to refine and improve their customer strategy, operations excellence and supply chain management. Projects will require thorough quantitative & qualitative analysis, research, client stakeholder engagement, and communication through a variety of channels (presentations, conference calls, face-to-face meetings, emails etc).

About you

You are someone who has:

  • A high level of Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data manipulation to draw key insights) and PowerPoint
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, capable of influencing and forming quality relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Exceptional Communication Skills (verbal and written), particularly in simplifying complex topics into easy to understand, actionable insights
  • Enjoys Problem Solving & has Attention to Detail
  • 3+ years of work experience
  • Minimum Undergraduate Degree in any field

Note:

Previous experience in supply chain is favourable but not essential. We are looking for candidates who have a keen interest in business improvement, with both strong analytical & interpersonal skills.

Australian Citizenship is required for Defence work.
