The role of the Customer Service Consultant is to liaise with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about Lite n' Easy products.
 
We work based on inbound calls between the hours of 7.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.  A roster will be worked out in accordance with team needs with successful applicants. Availability within this span of hours is essential as rosters often span the full five days per week.  This role will suit someone who is looking for stable long term employment within the customer service environment.
 
In this role, you will:
  • Provide excellent customer service to our existing and new customers
  • Provide accurate product information
  • Accurately update customer records
  • Assist customers with complaints and issues
  • Focus on continuous improvement on your own and team skills
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
  • Previous experience working in a customer service role is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change
  • Computer skills are an advantage, full training is provided
  • Have a positive and healthy attitude to work and life
