About the role:
We have an exciting full-time permanent opportunity available to join our collaborative and fast-paced marketing team. Based at our Head Office in South Brisbane, you will be part of our growing global brand and make a difference to patient care. 

Sharing our core values, you will convey them to a variety of stakeholders using a wide mix of traditional and digital mediums. You will also create and implement small and large integrated marketing and communication strategies in line with Icon Group’s values and overall strategic objectives, which is to deliver the best care possible to as many people as possible, as close to home as possible. 
  
Key responsibilities:
  • Working alongside the Marketing Business Partner for Icon Cancer Centre to manage the development of local area marketing strategy and plans 
  • Implement and monitor the success of local area marketing plans
  • Manage the development of corporate collateral and marketing campaign material in line with Group, divisional or local area objectives
  • Undertake content planning and ongoing development across various communication platforms
  • Contribute to Group messaging internally to help drive employee engagement and programs
  
About you:
  • Passion and drive to make a difference
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within professional services is mandatory
  • Strong marketing skills with demonstrated success in delivering integrated campaigns
  • Exceptional copywriting, editing and proofreading skills across a variety of channels
  • Proven stakeholder engagement experience
  • Healthcare experience is desirable
