Service Delivery Manager - Queensland

We have a fantastic opportunity for a strong Service Delivery Manager professional to join our Queensland team and play an integral role in ongoing growth and direction of the First 5 Minutes business.

The Role

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing growth initiatives as well as managing the financial performance for the Queensland region. This is a key role where you will oversee the Queensland team and be hands on and commercially focused. You will have proven leadership and operational experience and have a passion to grow, drive and support the Queensland team.

This role is based in our Head Office and you will report to the National General Manager.

 

Key Duties:

  • Geographic ownership of account retention
  • Account manage key local clients and liaise with interstate regional leads as well as National Key Account Manager to deliver a national outcome to the client
  • Ensure the delivery of outstanding service outcomes to clients
  • Maintain compliance objectives for the business unit
  • Provide technical advice to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across numerous industry sectors and assist with building local strategic alliances and partnerships
  • Contribute to ongoing quality management and continuous improvement activities
  • Collaborate with other internal divisions to provide integrated client outcomes and cross-sell opportunities
  • Be in a position to service and account manage national key clients based in the region
  • Facility management of the regional office (tenancy and occupier responsibilities)
  • Deliver budgeted financial targets, inclusive of new sales targets and client retention
  • Ensure adequate cost controls within the business
  • Report key results to the senior leadership team
  • Represent F5M at industry functions
  • Provide leadership to the consultant team through training/development of the team

 

Essential Capabilities/Experience

  • Operational background would be preferred
  • Ability to problem solve and influence project outcomes
  • A performance driven mindset and strong commercial acumen
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience in delivering results in business growth.
  • Solid time management, problem solving, initiative and analysis skills resulting in planned, organised and prioritised workloads that meet deadlines.
  • Experience in senior business management roles
  • Degree in Business or proven track record in managing P & L
  • Excellence in strategic and operational planning skills
  • Outstanding relationship building, stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create, build and maintain strong relationships at all business levels as well as foster strong relationships within our internal divisions
  • Ability to provide solutions displaying a passion for adding value to client’s requirements
  • The ability to learn new concepts quickly and to ‘think outside of the box’
  • Highly professional and presentable
  • Finely tuned verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
