About the Opportunity:

Playing a key support role as part of Nutrien Ag Solutions’ HR team, your role will be varied and hands on from day one.  Reporting to the Corporate HR Business Partner  you will work closely with a team of HR professionals as part of the HR shared services function and the focus of the role will include:

  • Ensuring all employee documentation complies with HR policies and updating where necessary
  • Providing support to the business regarding HR processes and procedures
  • Developing strong knowledge of relevant Awards and legislation
  • Managing the Position Description library
  • Updating employee records in the SAP SuccessFactors HRIS
  • Data cleansing within the system to ensure data is accurate and up to date
  • Updating HR pages and information to our intranet
  • Deliver and reinforce best practice HR standards in all communications and interactions with company employees and customers
  • Produce regular weekly and monthly reports

 

About You:

To be successful you must demonstrate previous experience in a HR administration or system administration role along with initiative and an eagerness to learn.  You will also possess:

 

  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • A customer focused approach and drive for excellence and accuracy in your work
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel and Internet Explorer are essential
  • Strong IT and system administration skills – ideally with exposure to SAP SuccessFactors HRIS
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to your work
  • You will have a curious and analytical mind.
