Human Resources Coordinator

Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC) is a not for profit organisation and has been successfully operating for over 30 years.  We continue to grow year on year and as a result we currently employ over 300 staff delivering employment and training services across the Lower, Mid and North Coast of NSW and the Gold Coast regions.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR professional to join our team. The role will be required to provide support and guidance to staff and also support managers in regards to all people related matters, whilst helping to meet the HR business plan objectives. 

This is a part time opportunity based in either our Lismore or Port Macquarie location, depending on successful applicant.  

To be successful you will have

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role in Human Resources

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources

• Working knowledge and experience in using a HRIS 

• Demonstrated understanding of current IR law and various related legislations including WHS

• Experience in designing job advertisements and managing recruitment processes 

• Demonstrated experience in advising staff and managers in regards to all employee related matters

• Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in usage of the Windows Office Suite IT programs.

• Possess good attention to detail and be able to take direction and initiative

• Highly proficient interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to build positive relationships and problem solve

• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, self-motivation and professionalism

• Demonstrated ability to prioritise, time manage and manage workload with competing demands

• Ability to work in a team environment

 • Hold a current drivers licence
