Refuel Australia is a respected distributor of quality Caltex fuels and lubricants throughout the Pilbara, Midwest, Gascoyne and Murchison areas of Western Australia and the Northern Territory from Darwin to Alice Springs.
The company has been in the fuel distribution industry for over 40 years running a modern fleet of trucks and tankers and employing over 100 people.
At Refuel Australia our people are the greatest contributors to our success.  We are currently offering an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team, working from our Geraldton office.

About the role:
Reporting to Office Manager the Geraldton Administration Assistant is responsible for the administrative tasks related to the efficient and compliant operation in the Geraldton office as well as both administrative and non-administrative duties in relation to customer service and office business activities.
The Geraldton Administration Assistant is part of the larger Refuel Australia administrative team led by the Office Manager and works closely with the Office Manager and her team.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers by phone, in correspondence and by providing customer service
• Answer incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required
• Data entry and reconciliation of fee’s and payments
• Administrative duties associated with end of month
• Administrative support to Office Manager
• Assistance with preparation of reports
• Work closely with Refuel Australia Administration Manager and Compliance Officer to provide them with documentation to set timelines
• Undertake a number of specific, set, administrative tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Reconciliation of rates, fee’s and charges monthly

Relevant experience:

• Previous experience in the bulk fuel industry is desirable however not essential
• Business administration qualifications or similar relevant field and or past proven experience as an Administration Assistant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
• Effective organisational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a courteous and professional attitude
• Current drivers licence
