Customer Service Agent / Appointment Setter

This is your chance to join our team at Caifu Property, we have a customer service position available, within a small team environment. We are looking for an experienced inbound customer service agent from the financial services industry (ideally with investment property experience)

Your role would be to call all incoming applications to ensure they understand our services and they meet our qualifying criteria before booking them in to speak with our Senior Programs Manager.

We have a friendly team environment. We don't want a high turnover we want reliability, we are focused on ensuring that our staff feel valued within our team and they are given what they need to succeed.

We are in Southport with plenty of parking around.

Must have

  • A warm & professional phone manner with the ability to engage potential customers quickly

  • Understand how to qualify a customers needs and ensure that qualification questions are met before booking an appointment

  • Experience with CRM systems

  • Experience with GMail & setting calendar appointments (or similar)

  • Experience in the financial services sector or property sector.

  • Self-motivated and results orientated, to make the most of the opportunity for financial reward.
