About the role

We are seeking a vibrant, confident and friendly personality to join our team to work evenings and weekends in our main reception area. 

As the face of the business, you will initially be the first point of call for all incoming enquiries so you will need to be someone who enjoys engaging with others. You will be friendly, able to work autonomously in a busy front office with a high level of customer service focus.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Greet clients and visitors and offer refreshments
  • General tidying of the showroom
  • Provide administration support to staff as required

If you possess the following attributes, we would love to hear from you:

  • A professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Present well with a welcoming and friendly nature
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi task
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Previous experience in a reception role and/or Cert III in Business would be an advantage.
