The Role

Based on Rottnest Island, we are looking for a Customer Services Officer to join our team in a Full time capacity!

Join a progressive and integrated island services team providing operational, logistical and technical support to the business in the delivery of customer service, housekeeping and support services.

Working in a supportive team environment this role includes luggage/freight handling, rubbish and recycle collection, Gas bottle replacement, horticultural and grounds maintenance work.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong customer service and administration skills and experience
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude with a great work ethic
  • Physically resilient
  • Demonstrated honesty and integrity
  • Professionally presented and a team player
  • Drivers Licence is essential
  • Forklift, Medium Rigid Truck minimum, HR licence and chainsaw ticket considered an advantage

Flexible work hours apply. Candidates must be willing to commute via ferry. Right to work in Australia, Medical Certificate mandatory .
