Experienced Business Development Manager


About the role

A fantastic opportunity exists for a career-focused experienced Business Development Manager to join our amazing team. 

You will work alongside a large competent team, with minimal staff turnover, great customer service and excellent culture, selling our services will be a breeze. 

Your duties and responsibilities will be to: 

  • Provide 5-star customer service
  • Prospecting new clients to establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Negotiating with prospective clients
  • Create and manage your own database
  • Attend rental appraisals
  • Achieve realistic monthly KPI targets
  • Market research
  • Provide rental advice and support to our Sales Agents
  • Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Keep abreast of best practices in the market and communicate trends back to the business

 

You will:

  • be an experienced Business Development Manager with at least 2 years’ experience. 
  • have completed your Agents Representative Certificate
  • enjoy prospecting and chasing leads
  • have proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
  • be highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • have excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • be able to easily adapt to change 
  • can create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
