Based in the Audit & Assurance department, this unique firm has an easy-going environment and would suit someone looking to challenge, grow and ready to be part of a high performing team. You will be responsible for leading audits from planning to completion and will have opportunity to work closely with managers and Partner. At times, you will also carry out a risk advisory and compliance assignments. 

Your clients will be varied and include industries such as AFS licensees, media, construction, manufacturing, technology, retail and not-for-profits. There will also be genuine opportunities for you to progress to more senior level in the future due to the ongoing growth in the audit and assurance department. 

To be considered for this new role you must at least be a part qualified CA/CPA Audit Senior or Intermediate currently working in a small or medium sized practice firm. You must have experience of performing audit and assurance engagements from planning to completion as well as a good level of client interaction in previous roles.

You will an analytical mindset and aptitude to problem solving. 

Experience of working with CaseWare and preparation of general purpose and special purpose financial reports would be an advantage. Good understanding of Australian Auditing and Accounting Standards is desirable.

You will be provided with training and mentoring to help grow technical and soft skills. CA/CPA study support is also available to the right candidate.
