About the role:

 

The purpose of this role is to help document workflows and processes in the BOQ Finance business across origination to settlement of transactions in line with Group Policy and Procedures. In particular, this role will work closely with senior management in the Dealer Finance business to build out appropriate frameworks to ensure the business operates in line with all Credit, Regulatory and Operational risk requirements. The ability to independently, review processes, identify gaps and document suggested improvements in workflow and process is critical.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Experience of re-engineering and change in complex operating environments
  • Skilled in documenting workflows or processes within Financial Services environment
  • Broad understanding of Regulatory environment, credit risks and operational risks across commercial and consumer finance
  • Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to build credibility and influence.
  • Experience in an audit capacity or similar
  • Exhibits a drive, energy and enthusiasm and resilience to drive through and achieve end results and improvements

 

 About You:

 

  • Degree in Finance, Business or Audit function
  • Experience and knowledge in documenting processes and workflows in Financial Services is critical
  • Stakeholder management across multiple business units or divisions
  • Superior time management, attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
