Our Team

Our friendly and experienced team is led by Nicole Bryant, an entrepreneurial business owner and Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in Australia and overseas. Formerly a Big 4 Partner and Global Head of Tax for an international ASX listed company, Nicole has built Macro into an extremely successful practice leading with her forward-thinking style. 

The Role

Due to continued growth and our promise of exceptional service delivery, we are now looking to expand our administration team. Working approx 25 hours per week across 4-5 days (part-time or school hours available), you will be responsible for managing our billing and administration function. As a vital representative of the firm, you will often be the first point of call for our valued clients, offering solutions to general queries or providing information on invoices and services. You will also provide critical support to our team of accountants, producing WIP reports, generating invoices, drafting letters for managers, filing/scanning and managing the ATO portal.  

About You

We are looking for an experienced administrator who truly thrives in a busy, open plan environment. Experience within a professional firm using XERO would be extremely beneficial. We also value exceptional client service skills (both internal and external) alongside attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and client requests.
