Your Impact

As the CRM Product Manager, your new role will see you drive the delivery of the CRM products across the group to enable the nib customer transformation, delivering value to our customers, our people and the group. nib Group has selected Salesforce as its strategic CRM platform. This role will also see you;

  • Delivering product management activities across the CRM products including product planning, research, interviews, workshops, documentation of requirements for delivery teams, involvement in product design validation and testing, go live support, backlog prioritisation, actioning product feedback and driving product adoption
  • Engagement with all relevant stakeholders, including BAs, the SI partner, SMEs, group and IT teams to understand and communicate the detailed business requirements for CRM Products throughout the product management lifecycle
  • Coordinating between the business SMEs and System Integration/Delivery partners to ensure proactive collaboration between the team members resulting in efficient product development & delivery
  • Ensuring a customer centric approach across all activities
  • Working collaboratively within the Group CRM team, our partners and stakeholders to maximise the CRM benefits for our customers, our people and the nib Group.

Your Team

The Group Customer Experience and Operational Excellence Business Unit supports the nib Group is its endeavour to be customer obsessed with the purpose of reimagining and redesigning the member and employee experience .Our B2B and B2C customers across the Group include health insurance members in Australia and New Zealand, international students and workers, travel insurance customers internationally, employees, medical providers and white-label partners including Qantas, Suncorp and TAL.

We drive value for both our customers and the business by understanding how and why our users use our products. We are a highly collaborative team of high achievers. We love to explore, challenge and have a lot of fun along the way by challenging the status quo and experimenting.

Your Background

With proven experience in CRM Product Management and a strong understanding of Salesforce you’ll hit the ground running. You’ll be a team player with demonstrated experience in managing multiple stakeholders, who thrives on building effective relationships across all business levels. You will have;

  • Enthusiastic attitude with strong communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business and IT teams and partners in the Product Manager role
  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment
  • Ability to establish the CRM Product role within the nib group and deliver measureable value
