The Role

Due to continued growth, the Business Advisory division are seeking a proactive and driven Strategic Outsourcing Specialist to join the Strategic Outsourcing Team. More than traditional Bookkeepers, the team provide a sophisticated service to a broad range of National and foreign client accounts.

Responsibilities include:
  • Accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Prepare BAS/IAS, payroll tax and Superannuation
  • Payroll processing
  • Setup and maintenance of client accounting files
  • Administrative tasks including client account maintenance and daily email communication
  • Month end preparation and assistance
We are looking for:
  • Goal oriented, driven to succeed and invested in performance
  • Passionate about personal and professional growth
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience using Xero, Account Right live or Quickbooks online
