We are on the lookout for a Service Coordinator to provide an exceptional level of administrative, customer service and sales support to the organisation by responding to customer enquiries in an efficient and accurate manner.
  
This is a Part-Time (Temp to Perm) position working initially Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9-5. This role will likely increase to 4 full days per week with flexibility and the possibility to eventually work from home for one day or so. Our ideal candidate is mature, fun and reliable.
  
The Role:
  • Attending to phones & emails
  • Accounts receivable
  • Basic accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Daily invoicing
  • Schedule jobs and prepare parts lists
  • Take bookings for jobs/quotes and assist with quote follow up
  • Keep promotional items up to date an in stock
  • Stock take, banking and entering bills
  • Convert purchase orders to bills
  • Attend to customers in the showroom
You will have:
  • 2+ Years customer service experience
  • Xero experience (Mandatory)
  • Debt collection experience (Mandatory)
  • The ability to prioritise & work well under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A general understanding of Sydney suburbs
  • An understanding of invoicing, stock control, purchase orders and bills
  • The ability to discuss products over the phone with customers
  • Aroflo experience (Desirable)
