We are seeking a full-time receptionist/ administration assistant to support our Team. 

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Greeting clients
  • Taking telephone calls and messages
  • Responding to general correspondence
  • Filing 
  • Data entry
  • Accounts Payable
  • Typing Voting Papers & Minutes of Meetings
  • Opening mail
  • General administration support


  •  Experience working in an office 
  •  Typing and general computer skills
  •  Attention to detail
  •  Eager to learn new tasks
  •  Professional and friendly telephone manner

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, based on a 38 hour week.

Overtime available by negotiation.

Immediate start preferred.
