Customer Service & Sales Support

With over 30 years of experience supplying a diverse and large range of retailers this company has developed a fantastic reputation in this strong niche market and a large and loyal customer base. The company carries a diverse product range covering numerous highly sought after product categories.

In this diverse role, you will contribute to business growth by providing a high level of customer service and sales & administration support and maintain professional, efficient and friendly service to all levels of internal contacts and external customers. 
  
Reporting to the General Manager your duties will include:
  • Providing sales and customer service support - extensive liaison with customers, providing product / range information
  • Data entry & processing of customer orders
  • Trade show set up and showroom maintenance
  • Inventory management
  • Invoicing assistance
  • Providing ad hoc reports
  • Documenting procedures 
Who YOU are?
  • Detail orientated, friendly, down to earth and a team player 
  • IT Technology savvy
  • Experience working for a consumer goods wholesaler / retailer **processing sales orders** 
  • Knowledge of import and distribution to the retail channel 
  • Excellent English communication and administrative skills 
  • Experienced in an office environment and highly organised and efficient
  • Highly competent computer MS Office inclusive of Excel & Access skills
