Tableau Reporting Analyst

Our client is a large Australian financial institution who has recently centralised their Customer Remediation function to support all remediation activities for customers across the Enterprise. 

As such, they are seeking an experienced Tableau professional to help build new dashboard reports that track all E2E remediation activities to help inspire confidence in ELT, Board and customers that the Bank is focused on getting it right for customers.
  
Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management , you will be responsible for the following:
  • Support the development of a systematised portfolio view of all Customer Remediation Events slicing the data based on the needs of stakeholders (e.g. by stage in pipeline, by BU);
  • Support the identification of insights and trends to support decision making and instigate action;
  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau;
  • Coordinating inputs into papers for Remediation governance forums ensuring accurate information to provide clarity and instil confidence;
  • Providing ongoing support to teams in using the Remediation Workflow tool (PEGA)  to ensure high-quality reporting, tracking and planning
  • Coordinating Triage and Discovery activities for a Division/s;
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of infrastructure necessary to manage workflow and documents in a controlled high-quality way.
Please note this is not a super technical data analytics role, you will work closely with a peer experienced in this area to build and deliver meaningful dashboard reports and meaningful insights.

Tertiary qualified with a minimum five years’ relevant experience in Tableau development and visualisation, you are a strong team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a customer centric mindset and are comfortable with ambiguity.  Financial services experience is preferred but not essential.
