Join our outstanding Customer Service Team based at our Head Office in Lidcombe, commencing in July 2020 on a Full Time basis.
As a member of our team, your core responsibility will be to respond to incoming calls / online enquiries and deliver our customers with a high level of service.
Respond to inbound customer queries via telephone to provide first call resolution
Provide online customer service via email and web chat
Manage own customer contacts to investigate, resolve and close matters
Liaise with publishers, suppliers and our freight partners
Complete customer support administration tasks including customer follow up, order processing and returns
Who You Are
Experience working in a fast paced inbound Customer Service or Call Centre environment is essential
Resilience and self-confidence to deliver outstanding customer experience
A strong sense of teamwork including the ability to contribute to a positive team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer queries with a genuine desire to assist others
Ability to work across a number of systems
