Join our outstanding Customer Service Team based at our Head Office in Lidcombe, commencing in July 2020 on a Full Time basis. 

As a member of our team, your core responsibility will be to respond to incoming calls / online enquiries and deliver our customers with a high level of service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer queries via telephone to provide first call resolution

  • Provide online customer service via email and web chat

  • Manage own customer contacts to investigate, resolve and close matters

  • Liaise with publishers, suppliers and our freight partners

  • Complete customer support administration tasks including customer follow up, order processing and returns


Who You Are

  • Experience working in a fast paced inbound Customer Service or Call Centre environment is essential

  • Resilience and self-confidence to deliver outstanding customer experience

  • A strong sense of teamwork including the ability to contribute to a positive team environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer queries with a genuine desire to assist others

  • Ability to work across a number of systems
