The Role

Shine would like to hear from Senior Business Analysts with in-depth knowledge and experience in one or more core business areas, with technical expertise, and sound understanding of current business trends and technology updates. You are a subject matter expert, can influence business decisions and negotiate mutual but effective solutions. You are able to facilitate a team to consensus on scope, design, and implementation decisions.

The Senior Business Analyst responsibilities include:

  • Elicit requirements by interacting with stakeholders, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into design

  • Solve complex problems and lead process modelling

  • Conduct user needs analysis, offer advice on process improvements and technical solutions

  • Stakeholder management, negotiate mutual and effective solutions 

  • Design and position the product to best deliver value to stakeholders

  • Implement industry best practices to improve business products and efficiencies

  • Perform user needs analysis, offer advice on process improvements and technical solutions

  • Deep expertise in waterfall and agile deliveries

  • Product management and backlog grooming

  • Provide guidance to peers, mentor and lead others in complex problem solving
