What's on offer

The Eight Homes Sales team is looking to employ driven and ambitious Sales Associates to work from our Geelong display home on a full-time basis.

Within this role your responsibilities would include:

  • Be knowledgeable and up to date with all products and promotions.
  • Responsible for the opening and closing of our fantastic display homes.
  • Obtain accurate notes of client needs and requirements, in assistance to sales consultants.
  • Ensure all relevant sales data is entered into the CRM system in accordance with standards and required timeframes.
  • Meeting and greeting and collecting client details.
  • Assist sales consultants to ensure monthly OH&S display centre audits are completed accurately and within required timeframe.
  • Contact all leads to accurately, qualify clients to help secure leads.
  • Ensure allocated display centres are up to the highest standards at all times and all marketing collateral adequately stocked.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with sales consultants.

Who are we looking for?

  • 1+ years experience within a retail or sales environment
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service, with a can-do attitude.
  • Energetic and friendly personality with the ability to build/ maintain customer relationships.
  • High standard of personal and professional presentation.
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
