About the Role:

AusGroup are currently seeking a suitably experienced Shutdown Scheduler to join our team based in our West Perth offices on a full time permanent basis reporting to the recruitment manager

 

About you:

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience within an equivalent position in the industry.
  • Demonstrated Shutdown and Roster management experience essential
  • You will be a driven, pragmatic/ proactive person who is hands on and will take ownership of the role
  • A very organised individual with excellent attention to detail

Position Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate experience in effective coordination of planning and pre-shutdown execution works, scheduling, management of personnel, resources and equipment
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills
  • Management and maintenance of Shutdown Talent Pool
  • Flight and Accommodation bookings
  • Project Reporting
  • Roster management maintenance
  • Ability to priortise and manage multiple set tasks within designated time frames
  • Provide assistance and support to the recruitment team when required
