Projects Coordinator

Role Accountabilities

You will work with an established team of project specialists based at our Notting Hill office and report to the Project Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • End to end management of selected Projects both externally with selected customer groups and internally within Vinidex.
  • Identifying and managing advertised tenders to ensure Vinidex provides its customers with the best value solutions
  • Management of selected key accounts including quotes, phone/email queries, orders and relationships against a set range of KPIs
  • Enhancing the overall customer experience for key accounts by comprehensively understanding expectations and requirements while adopting a continuous improvement mindset
  • Provide input into strategic sales plans to drive business efficiency and customer confidence
  • Provide input into proposals and presentations for new engineered or innovation solutions into major projects
  • Provide input into project management support and innovative solutions for strategic work in the field
  • Provide support to the Sales team and other key internal stakeholders to successfully execute key account plans of agreed project customers

 

Experience Required

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in internal or external customer service, project administration or territory management is essential
  • Formal qualifications or practical experience in engineering, technical sales, project management or estimating is desirable
  • Sound commercial knowledge of one or more key market segments Commercial Plumbing, Civil & Infrastructure, Mining, Irrigation project activity
  • Sound commercial and financial understanding of project pricing structures
  • Ability to deliver projects against a range of KPIs
  • Very strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional planning and administration skills
  • Exceptional customer service ethics
  • Ability to communicate with customers effectively to enhance customer experience
  • Ability to work effectively whilst unsupervised and remote, when required
