Recruitment Advisor / Coordinators - Blue Collar

About the role:

AusGroup are currently seeking Recruitment Advisors or Recruitment Coordinators to join our blue collar team in either Kwinana or West Perth. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience recruiting for a Contractor and ideally have mining / oil and gas recruitment experience.

If you enjoy working in a supportive team, are driven by a fast paced environment, you will enjoy working here.

 

  • Have a technical understanding of various workforce disciplines and trades
    • SMP / Scaffolding
  • Ideally have recruited for mining related projects
  • Understand and undertake end to end recruitment processes
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Be inquisitive and want to understand the projects and industry that we work in
  • Ability to multi-task between various projects whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Position Responsibilities:

 

  • Recruitment of a large variety of disciplines across multiple projects
  • Maintain an accurate recruitment tracker to allow real time progress visibility
  • Accurately carrying out end to end recruitment processes within set time frames
  • Maintaining a sound relationship with your candidates and talent pipelines
